25th Anniversary Celebration of "Operation Survival"

Posted by The Editor on June 14, 2013 at 5:00 PM

Bishop Fellay and the 'official SSPX' are in the process of dishonouring and distancing themselves from the actions of Archbishop Lefebvre 25 years ago, the consecration of four Bishops at Econe. As we have said often enough before, actions speak louder than words. Archbishop Lefebvre not only talked and preached against modernism, he acted against it, and in so doing, saved the Mass and the priesthood. Now, 25 years later, the leadership of the SSPX are jeopardising the legacy of that same great Archbishop Lefebvre. Bishop Fellay, although his words may be equivocal enough for him to claim in some way that he still 'supports' the consecrations of 1988, that he still wishes to celebrate them, that he still believes that they were good and right and inspired by Divine Providence and moved by the Holy Ghost - yet it is beyond serious dispute that his actions tell a different tale altogether.

And yet all is not lost. There are still those who are grateful to Archbishop Lefebvre, who still believe in "Operation Survival" and who are still on watch against its unholy alternative, "Opertion Suicide". Details of a celebration of "Operation Survival" follow below. We wholeheartedly encourage anyone who is able, by whatever means possible, and whatever the difficulties involved, to make every effort to attend. May God continue to protect Tradition and ensure its continued survival.

This event is not endorsed by pablo the Mexican productions....

The sites I own are advertising it as a favor to the Resistance, but I personally do not endorse it.

This is strictly a funtion of the owners of Saint Athanasius Church.

Anyone attending with the belief it is a 'Resistance' function will be bitterly disappointed.

Remember, it is their Church, and you are just a Guest; don't walk on the grass and keep out of the pews owned by the members of the Parish.

Do not go to the event thinking you will be allowed to participate.

All the positions have been given to Worthy Donors and important people of the Parish.

pablo the Mexican will not be in attendance.

I wish those folks well in all their endeavors.

And if you see Father Pfeiffer there, press a few dollars into his hand as those Wealthy Owners are making him foot the bill.
